Job Description

As a Solutions Architect for Conversational AI, you'll contribute to Google's Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions. You'll create proofs of concept and prototypes using Generative AI and LLMs, collaborating with Google Cloud AI Engineering teams and partners (ISVs, SaaS vendors, SIs) to develop virtual agent solutions. Responsibilities include building conversational interfaces using Dialogflow, Agent Builder, etc., representing Google Cloud AI in pre-sales, providing consulting and advisory services, and implementing solutions at customer sites. You'll also identify product gaps and work with cross-functional teams to design solutions, leading technical pilots and pre-sales pursuits with customers.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5 years software development (Python)
5 years customer-facing experience in financial services
Experience building chatbots/voicebots
Build solutions and lead technical pilots
Pre-sales pursuits, presentations, and product demonstrations

Good to have:

Master's degree in quantitative field
Certified Machine Learning Engineer
Experience with all phases of ML project delivery
Experience with Contact Center solutions
Excellent communication skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in software development with Python.
5 years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on translating financial services customer needs into Cloud Solutions.
Experience building chat-bots or voice-bots.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree, MBA, or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Certified Machine Learning Engineer.
Experience with all phases of a Machine Learning project delivery (e.g., data collection, production deployment, etc.).
Experience building, integrating, and deploying Contact Center solutions.
Ability to communicate with a wide range of cross-functional and customer stakeholders, both verbally and through presentations.

About the job

As the Solutions Architect for Conversational AI, you will contribute to Google’s innovations of Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions for customers and partners. You will create proof of concepts and prototypes with the newest Generative AI capabilities and innovative virtual agent solutions using LLM-driven capabilities in Contact Center AI to enable digital transformation for customers and partners.

You will maintain partnership with Google’s Cloud AI Engineering teams to build and constantly drive products. You will co-develop virtual agent solutions with Google Partners, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), SaaS vendors and System Integrators (SIs). You will build conversational interfaces and virtual agents for customers using core Google products such as Dialogflow, Agent Builder, Agent Assist, Insights, and Contact Center AI Platform. You will represent Google Cloud AI during pre-sales and serve as a trusted advisor on Conversational AI products to partners in Sales, Professional Services and Customer Engineers. This involves travel to customer sites to provide consulting and advisory and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

Build solutions and pilot private preview AI features with early access partners and customers.
Take responsibility for leading technical pilots and pre-sales pursuits with customers, including activities such as technology advocacy, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources.
Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight the Google Cloud AI value proposition, using techniques that include whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and Request for Information.
Collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to identify product gaps, and work with cross-functional teams to design solutions.
