Role Summary:

The Senior Associate Designer will operate with minimal supervision, drawing on 3-4 years of creative experience within agency or startup environments. Collaborating with the Assistant Design Manager/Manager, they ensure projects meet high standards of creativity and innovation. Responsibilities include coordinating design activities, managing project timelines, and closely partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions aligned with company goals. Passionate about crafting visually stunning, functional marketing materials, the ideal candidate thrives on creating impactful collaterals that resonate with our brand and audience. As a pivotal member of the Creative Design team, they lead in developing and executing various materials such as brochures, social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), organic creatives, emailers, landing pages, short videos, and media banners.



Role & responsibilities:


Creative Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with Design Manager/ Assistant Design Manager to brainstorm and produce high-quality, captivating digital artwork.
  • Partner with content marketers and writers to ideate and create distinctive collateral materials such as brochures, social media ads(Meta, Linkedin, Google), organic creatives, emailers, landing pages, short videos, media banners etc.

Concept Development:

  • Plan concepts by studying partner schools’ brand guidelines and industry competitors, effectively addressing marketing goals and challenges.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Project Management:

  • Take ownership of projects, ensure completion as per documented timelines, and help secure approvals for deliverables.
  • Work with the team to improve creative production and bring down turnaround times.

Quality Assurance:

  • Create design deliverables in line with the partner school guidelines to ensure they meet the quality standards.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs by actively providing constructive feedback to agency designers.

Team Support:

  • Support the Design Manager in leading and mentoring the design team.
  • Assist in allocating resources and managing workloads to optimize productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.




Key skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine art, or a similar field.
  • 3-4 years of creative experience in an agency or startup setting.
  • Proficiency in online design and video tools such as Canva, Figma and Invideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment and incorporating feedback from both analytical and creative team members.
  • Fluent in English, with strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and staying updated on the latest design trends through online courses and workshops.
  • Excellent project and resource management skills, with proficiency in MS Office software.
