Who We're Looking For
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the product vision and strategy for a product line or group of products. In this role, you not only act as the general manager, but you are also considered to be the Subject Matter Expert. The Sr. Product Manager leads all activities related to the lifecycle management and evolution of the product. You will act as SME and mentor junior members of the team.-

Scope of the Role:
Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports
Key Responsibilities
Manage, promote, direct and control product line and manage product lifecycle
Serve as the expert on your products, the market, opportunities for growth, and overall trends related to engaging with customers over mobile
Partner with our Development, Product, Implementation, and Support teams to build world-class products driven by our customers' requirements
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to define, execute, and maintain successful go-to-market strategies; prepare joint sales plans with the sales force
Prioritize engineering development and promotional projects
Understand competitors, their key people, pricing, and product strategies
Provide input into the marketing and training organizations to develop sales collateral and product documentation
Identify potential ancillary services and feature functions for the product
Develop business cases to substantiate new initiatives related to the products
Support product marketing and sales through campaigns, webinars, customer focus groups, and customer visits
Attend industry meetings and events to gather competitive intelligence, deliver presentations, and communicate the company’s position on industry standards, as needed
Participate in meetings with customers and prospects to share in-depth product knowledge and develop collaborative strategies
Increase revenues and market share; bottom line results expected – grow the number of customers and revenue
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
BS/BA in telecommunications, computer science or relevant field
5-8 years Product Management experience in Technology, Network or Engineering related field, working in fixed or mobile industry or similar, with a strong working knowledge of telecommunications
Project Management certification is required.
Experience with UI/UX development is a plus
Experience in reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts is preferred
Additional Requirements:
Demonstrable knowledge on SS7, Diameter and 2G/3G/4G data roaming and analytics and reporting for those protocols
Understanding of the Mobile user experience (Pricing, user behavior)
Hands-on Product development experience with an understanding of product development process
Financial and analytical skills
Excellent presentation and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources
Ability to think critically with independent and analytical skillsets and to proactively target market opportunities
Strong interpersonal, communications and relationships building skills
Ability to lead cross functional teams to achieve common goals and to influence without authority
Comfortable working and communicating with all levels of management across the organization
Must be able to develop concise functional specifications/requirements documents
