This Senior Associate role in PwC's APAC Corporate Tax (ERP) team focuses on helping clients meet their tax obligations while strategically managing tax's impact on their business. Responsibilities include advising on local and overseas tax affairs, acting as a strategic consultant for business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing. The role also involves understanding pricing implications between related parties and providing advice on the tax implications of deals. You'll work on improving clients' tax functions to control risk, ensure compliance, increase post-tax profits, and provide application support for best corporate tax practices. The position requires strong data expertise (interpretation, structure, manipulation, cleansing, calculation, reporting), cloud EPM database expertise (Anaplan, Longview, Workiva), and ERP/EPM experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.). You'll collaborate with a team to solve complex business issues, demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
Must have:

  • ERP/EPM experience (Oracle, SAP)
  • BI skills (project management, financial/master data setup)

You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You’ll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals.

Qualification Required: Any Graduation/Post Graduation

Experience - 3+ years.

Additional Call out:

1. Data expertise - Data interpretation, establishing data structures, data manipulation and cleansing, calculation and reporting capability

2. Cloud EPM database expertise - eg Anaplan, Longview, Workiva

3. ERP/EPM experience - Oracle, SAP, MFST other - Data structure / ecosystem setup, calculation and reporting

4. BI skills such as change/project management on ERP jobs and best practice around Financial / Master Data setup and CoA design, UAT, design requirement docs etc.

5. Specific solution experience - SAP Document Reporting and Compliance (DRC), SAP PAPM, Oracle TRMS.
