This will include design, management, and measurement of the program, ensuring a focus on the right things that enables Ops for today and the future and delivers a seamless learning experience.
As the leader of the academy you will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure relevance and value add in the content delivery. To be successful in this role your key skills are: strategic thinking, senior stakeholder management, creative thinking and a strong appetite to understand our business and specifically the nuance of Operations.
