Technical Operations Specialist - Coffee Pack

• Configure, validate, and manage in-game promotions, events, features, pricing, segmentation, and A/B tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of technical features
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live production environments
• Contribute new ideas and improvements to streamline workflows and optimize the player experience
• Work closely with Product, Monetization, and Economy teams to align technical execution with business goals

Profile

• BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical skills with the ability to operate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex configurations and workflows
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Familiarity with game operations and Back-End systems is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure
• Availability to work off-hours (if necessary, not on a regular basis)
• English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must
