Team Introduction The treasury department at ByteDance covers Dept & Capital Management, Foreign Exchange Management, Cash Positioning & Investment, Treasury Systems & Technology, and Global Cash Flow Management. Responsibilities: 1. Monitor financial market trends and assess changes in domestic and international interest rate policies. Develop and execute investment strategies in alignment with market conditions and company objectives. 2. Conduct research on various financial products, including stocks, funds, bonds, insurance, and foreign exchange, and evaluate their risk-return profiles and investment potential. 3. Identify, analyze, and assess investment risks; establish appropriate risk management measures, and adjust investment strategies as needed to mitigate risks in response to market fluctuations. 4. Prepare regular financial analysis reports, providing in-depth insights into the company’s financial position, fund utilization, and investment outcomes, to support informed decision-making by management. 5. Assist in the development and execution of the annual budget, monitor budget performance, and propose optimization recommendations to enhance resource allocation efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate capital management, financial institutions, or consulting firms, with a strong understanding of international financial markets and trading regulations, and a keen market insight. 3. Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and professionalism, with a diligent, detail-oriented approach to work, and strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Adheres to professional ethics and industry standards, ensuring the confidentiality of company information and business secrets. 5. Proficiency in English as a working language. Preferred Qualifications 1. Relevant certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Securities Analyst are preferred. 2.
