Job Description
This is a 3-year apprenticeship program for a Warehouse Logistics Specialist in Prüm, Germany, starting August 1st, 2025. The apprenticeship includes practical training in receiving, checking, and commissioning goods; internal goods transport using forklifts; logistical data analysis; warehouse management; packaging; and process optimization. Apprentices will also gain exposure to related commercial departments (e.g., purchasing, accounting). The program offers an attractive work environment, above-average compensation (including 13 monthly salaries), 30 days of annual leave, company participation, and opportunities for long-term employment with project responsibility and career advancement. A good secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent is required, along with interest in logistics and commercial processes. A driver's license (class B) and PC proficiency are preferred.

Ausbildungsinhalte:
- Annahme, Kontrolle und Kommissionierung von Gütern
- Transport von Gütern im innerbetrieblichen Verkehr mithilfe von Flurförderzeugen und vorhergehender Tourenplanung
- Ermittlung und Auswertung von Logistikkennzahlen
- Lagerverwaltung sowie sachgerechte Verpackung von empfindlichen Gütern
- Optimierung logistischer Prozesse und Kennenlernen der logistiknahen kaufmännischen Abteilungen (z.B.: Einkauf, Finanzbuchhaltung etc.)
Das Besondere: Starke Integration in die Logistikprozesse und Logistik-Gruppen.
- Mindestens einen guten Hauptschulabschluss oder einen Realschulabschluss
- Interesse an logistischen und kaufmännischen Abläufen
- Bevorzugt Führerschein Klasse B sowie sicherer Umgang mit einem PC
- Strukturiertes,
eigenverantwortliches Vorgehen kombiniert mit Anpassungsfähigkeit,
Durchhaltevermögen und Teamgeist
