Job Description

NetEase seeks a 人事・労務スペシャリスト to support its Japanese operations, encompassing both NetEase's internal HR needs and its Japanese development studios (Grasshopper Manufacture, Nagoshi Studio, and GPTRACK50). This role demands a comprehensive understanding of HR, encompassing recruitment (starting with assistant tasks), benefits administration, labor relations, and regulatory compliance. You will proactively identify and solve problems, propose new systems and processes, and collaborate extensively across teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of independent problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. Experience in the IT or game industry is a plus.

Must have:

3-5 years HR experience
Strong communication skills
Proactive problem-solving
Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
Basic legal understanding of HR
Recruitment support
HR system planning & operation
Labor relations management

Good to have:

IT or game industry experience
Passion for game/entertainment industry

業務内容

自社の人事と開発スタジオがゲーム開発に集中するために、あらゆるサポートを行います。人事面のサポートとして以下の業務を担っていただきます。

・各スタジオの採用サポート（最初はアシスタントから開始）

・人事・福利厚生制度の企画・運用

・労務課題全般

・各種規定の整備や法改正対応

求める人材

・社内外を問わず、周囲を積極的に巻き込みながら、企画立案し、実行までできる方

・人事業務に関する情報感度が高く、エンタメ業界の発展に情熱を持って取り組める方

・社内外問わず、他者に対する想像力をもってコミュニケーションをとれる方

応募資格

・大卒以上

・人事の実務経験（3～5年以上）

・Excel・Word・PowerPointの基本スキル（入力・編集/表作成/差し込み印刷/表計算/vlookup・if等の関数/ピボットテーブル）

・人事に関わる基礎的な法律理解のある方

あると望ましいスキル・経験

・IT業界やゲーム会社での就業経験

・ゲームおよびエンタメ業界の発展に情熱を持って取り組める方
