Job Description

This Senior Marketing Planning Specialist position focuses on the publishing and operation of the game "Wild Action" in Japan. Responsibilities include dynamically adjusting publishing strategies based on product characteristics and market conditions, ultimately being responsible for revenue targets. The role requires close collaboration with the R&D team to provide optimization plans for game themes, gameplay systems, level design, commercialization, and long-term operation. The successful candidate will monitor industry trends, possess a deep understanding of potential gameplay/themes and corresponding publishing strategies, and have at least 5 years of game operation and publishing experience, with experience in high DAU products in Japan being highly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate both internal and external work are essential. A passion for gaming and a broad understanding of various game genres are also required.

Must have:

5+ years game operation & publishing experience
Experience with high DAU products in Japan
Understanding of game lifecycle & optimization
Strong communication & coordination skills
Passion for gaming & game design knowledge

任职要求

1、5年以上游戏运营&发行经验，有大DAU产品的日本运营发行经验者优先；

2、熟悉游戏生命周期各阶段的开发工作流程，有成熟产品的长线运营经验，能主导各环节的调优工作；

3、热爱游戏，广泛涉猎各游戏品类，有一定的游戏审美能力；

4、逻辑思维和沟通能力强，能有效协调内外部工作；

5、具备良好的沟通能力、抗压力、责任心、团队协作能力。
