Job Summary
Job Description
Process and validate documents for account opening. Requires excellent communication skills, strong MS Office proficiency, and native Japanese language proficiency (reading, writing, and typing). Assist with mail delivery and account opening procedures.

Responsibilities
- Validate and screen documents received from clients for opening accounts
- Follow-up with clients in case of any pending documents
- Registered mail delivery support
- Assist with the account opening processing
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Native in the Japanese language is a must (both reading and writing), and Japanese typing.
