The Producer at Team Liquid Indonesia is responsible for the full lifecycle of video content production, from ideation and planning to execution and analysis. This involves collaborating with various teams (business development, marketing, creative, analytics) to develop engaging video content for both esports and business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and a production team; ensuring content aligns with brand objectives and quality standards; and analyzing content performance to optimize future productions. The ideal candidate will have extensive production experience, strong leadership, and a creative vision.

Job Purpose

The Producer is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing the production of engaging video content for Team Liquid Indonesia. This role focuses on driving the creative vision, leading a high-performing production team, and ensuring content aligns with brand objectives while meeting quality standards and resource constraints. The Producer works collaboratively across departments to deliver impactful content for esports and business development initiatives

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with the business development team to create engaging video concepts that drive new business opportunities
  • Develop content ideas for the esports team that captivate and grow the fanbase while adhering to brand goals and values
  • Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring efficient management of timelines, resources, and quality standards
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging team members to explore creative ideas and solutions
  • Define and maintain quality standards for all content, ensuring alignment with audience expectations and brand values
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, refining production processes to achieve engagement and quality goals
  • Manage production budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to support high-quality outputs
  • Negotiate with vendors and optimize resource utilization to stay within budget while delivering exceptional results
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure production efforts align with overall campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with the business development team to tailor video projects that effectively support their strategic goals

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive experience in production role, preferably in content creation or media
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale production projects and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross-departmental teamwork
  • Creative vision balanced with a focus on efficient, quality-driven production processes
