Requirements
Min. 10 years of experience in in a Commercial/Sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and eCommerce is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environment
Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
Hands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
Having multiple experiences on several industries (Logistics, Cold Chain, FnB, etc)
Having experience handling SPV Level
Having strong network with Beauty, Healthcare & FnB Industries
Good analytical capability for market mapping
Responsibilities
Acquisition, identify and establish Top Brand (Healthcare, FnB, Beauty,Fashion) became customers and Ninja Xpress organizations to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of Business Development
Responsible for overseeing team achievement on day to day basis
Responsible to maintain healthy pipeline and closing ratio of the opportunity
Responsible for maintain team performance regarding to Sales Force report
Responsible on development of the team including skill and personal development, and enforce reward and punishment within the team
Make sure that all team working as intended with their own KPI
