Serve as a front-line customer service representative for the MENA region, troubleshooting technical and other issues for players. Respond promptly and accurately to gamer inquiries using a ticketing system. Effectively communicate player issues to the MENA operations team, ensuring context is maintained. The role requires fluency in Arabic and strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa or English. A passion for gaming and knowledge of the Indonesian gaming industry is essential. Familiarity with customer service tools like Zendesk is a plus. This is a 6-month contract position based in South Jakarta, requiring weekend shift work.
