Job Summary
Job Description
This internship at Smilegate Holdings involves creating HR data visualization reports using Tableau. Responsibilities include data analysis, insight generation, and data collection/organization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tableau, Python, and SQL, have a background in data science, computer science, or statistics, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The internship is for 3 months. Experience with visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2) and HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is beneficial. A portfolio submission is required.
Must have:
- Tableau for HR data visualization
- Data analysis & insight generation
- Python, SQL proficiency
- Data science/related degree
- 3-month commitment
Good to have:
- Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2 experience
- SAP SuccessFactors/Workday experience
- Gaming/IT terminology understanding
- Advanced MS Office skills
