2D Sequence Lead

We are looking for a 2D Sequence Lead to join our team.

The successful candidates will work on an exciting upcoming project.

Skills/experience:
• Significant experience in a VFX facility with known film credits
• Must have a very strong knowledge of Nuke
• Experience designing the approach to effective shot execution to solve compositing challenges
• Critical eye for detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organised
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• On-set experience is useful but not essential.

This role will require you to:
• Work closely with the Visual Effects Supervisor, 2D Lead, CG Supervisor and Producer
• Work proactively and collaboratively with all other VFX and support departments
• Give artistic direction in a tight turn around environment
• Take on project specific duties including monitoring shot and overall project progress
• Solve any difficult technical and artistic compositing challenges
• Be a good communicator and able to troubleshoot logically
