BlueBolt is seeking a VFX Coordinator to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating within a recognized VFX facility and a general understanding of VFX production pipelines and post-production. Strong people skills and the ability to work in a team are essential. Experience with Shotgun and Microsoft Excel is a plus, as are skills in Filemaker Pro and Google Apps. The role involves supporting VFX Producers, Line Producers, Coordinators, and the Editorial team to implement project plans and meet deadlines, running daily rounds with artists, managing the Shotgun database, organizing reference materials, tracking deliveries, and occasionally liaising with client production teams.

An ability to handle multiple tasks under varying degrees of pressure.
This role will require you to:
Support the VFX Producers, Line Producers, other Coordinators and the Editorial team in implementing project plans and meeting deadlines.
Run daily rounds on the floor with the artists alongside the VFX Producer.
Take notes and manage the Shotgun database in dailies sessions.
Organise reference materials and track incoming and outgoing deliveries to and from clients.
On occasion liaise with the client production team.
