3D Animation Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Animation Supervisor to lead our team for an exciting animated preschool TV series.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide creative and technical direction to the animation team, ensuring the overall quality and consistency of the animated content.

• Collaborate closely with the director to establish and maintain the visual style and creative vision of the series.

• Oversee the animation pipeline, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting project deadlines.

• Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain the highest standards of animation quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 3D character animation for TV series or films.

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role in animation production.

• Strong understanding of rigging and character setup.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working on animated preschool TV series

• Experience working with global or multicultural teams is a plus

This is a full-time position based at our studio, but remote work may be possible for individuals with exceptional qualifications and experience.
