Objetivo del puesto

Es responsable de desarrollar e implementar el Plan Estratégico de Servicios Académicos enfocado a la capacitación del personal interno y los clientes, relacionado con los productos desarrollados por la empresa y las temáticas de soporte académico y pedagógico que requieran.
 

Funciones y responsabilidades:

• Desarrollar el Plan de Servicios Académicos en coordinación con las áreas involucradas con el fin de cubrir las necesidades de capacitación interna y externa tanto en términos de contenidos y cobertura requeridos
• Implementar el Plan de Servicios Académicos cubriendo los objetivos planteados en la estrategia
• Seleccionar el equipo de consultores requeridos para cubrir con las necesidades del Plan
• Diseñar el sistema y los modelos de capacitación acordes a las necesidades del Plan
• Planear y gestionar el Plan de Servicios Académicos a nivel nacional, a fin de que se cubran los objetivos marcados en el mismo
• Analizar en conjunto con el área editorial y de mercadotecnia los productos y servicios de la competencia y los propios para destacar las ventajas competitivas.
• Atender a las políticas de Macmillan Education en todo lo relacionado a la gestión del área

Experiencia, Conocimientos y Habilidades:

• Licenciatura en Pedagogía, Psicología
• Conocimientos en pedagogía y capacitación
• Conocimiento en Tecnología Educativa
• Conocimiento en dirección de proyectos.
• Conocimiento en las nuevas tendencias educativas y enfoques internacionales.
• Deseable Conocimiento del mercado del libro escolar y literatura infantil y juvenil.
• Deseable Inglés B2 – C1
• Liderazgo.
• Facilidad de comunicación.
• Pensamiento creativo.
• Gran capacidad de análisis.
• Enfoque a resultados y solución de problemas.
• Disposición al trabajo en equipo.
• Excelente capacidad de planificación, organización, coordinación y control del trabajo.
• Capacidad de gestión de conflictos.
