Job Description

The Product Owner will research industry trends, collaborate with Product Management and clients to prioritize the roadmap, and ensure impact-free implementation. They will stay informed about clients' business initiatives, create well-defined user stories, offer guidance to the team, and build relationships with clients. This role involves understanding the product, delivering presentations, and achieving client objectives. Responsibilities include researching industry trends, prioritizing the roadmap with clients, and creating user stories. The Product Owner will work with project teams to ensure a smooth solution consumption and provide detailed communication on the value of various features.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps and managing iteration deliverables
  • Ability to learn from challenges and apply continuous improvement
Good to have:
  • Experience in Wireless, Mobile domain (Product Catalog, Order Management, etc.)
  • Good understanding of technologies including .Net/C#, web services and Automation tools
  • Track record of successful delivery of software development projects

We are looking for a Product Owner who will: 

  • Research industry trends, technical publications, and gathers internal feedback to influence the direction of the product.

  • Collaborates with Product Management and clients to prioritize the roadmap and champions the features which will provide the most value.

  • Collaborates with Scrum Master, other Product owners and Release train engineer to ensure impact-free implementation.

  • Stays well informed about our clients’ business initiatives to conceptualize features that achieve their objectives.

  • Consolidates requests, designs, and technical research to create well-defined and well documented user stories.

  • Offers guidance to the team during execution and holds accountability for the overall solution.

  • Works with internal/external project teams to ensure a smooth consumption of the solution.

  • Understands our clients’ use of the product to deliver detailed communication and presentations on the value of various features.

  • Builds working relationships with clients, continuously striving to improve the business relationship.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.

  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment and managing iteration-level deliverables.

  • Experience in Wireless, Mobile domain (Product Catalog, Order Management, Customer Care, Provisioning, Usage, Billing) is preferred.

  • Able to demonstrate an ability to learn from challenges and apply continuous improvement as an individual as well as with the team and Product Owner process as a whole.

  • Good understanding of technologies including .Net/C#, web services and Automation tools.

  • Track record of successful delivery of medium and large scale software development projects to production.

  • Ability to document both technical details such as data flow diagrams or system integrations as well as document functional requirements in terms of user acceptance criteria.
