Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.

MRI Software is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analysts to provide administrative support for collection efforts.

Functions:

• Respond to client and internal tickets, emails and voicemails for Accounts Receivable Team
• Send invoices, statements, and W-9s
• Update contact information
• Research client payments
• Complete vendor forms
• Respond to outside collection agency requests for documentation
• Sort and scan checks received at company headquarters
• Send client communication (notice of sale, cancellations, etc.) to account managers
• Research returned mail
• Participate in other projects, as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, experienced in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience using any of the following: NetSuite, Salesforce, Versapay is a plus!
