About the Coaching Team
The Coaching Team is responsible for delivering the end-to-end coaching experience at WHOOP. This includes identifying member goals, developing a deep understanding of each user, building our generative AI-driven features, and offering personalized daily recommendations to improve health and performance. Our work is deeply data-driven—we continuously measure the impact of our features and iterate quickly based on performance insights.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Coaching Team, you will help architect and implement large language model (LLM)-powered coaching features that integrate seamlessly across the entire WHOOP ecosystem. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a cohesive, intelligent coaching experience for our members. Success in this role will require strong backend engineering expertise, particularly in API design and system integration.

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
