Job Description

The job involves ensuring the Maslak facility is safe and well-maintained. Responsibilities include managing communication with governmental bodies, ensuring the facility meets service contract standards, controlling facility services, managing budget and allowances, and preparing regular reports on expenses. The role requires adapting to a dynamic work environment. The company is an e-commerce platform and is rapidly growing. The company has a positive impact on customers, business partners, and society by digitizing merchants and SMEs.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in facility management.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, g-sheet and formulas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in vendor management, including performance management.
  • Ability to draw information from different sources.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Driving license is required.
  • This position includes an executive role.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring the Maslak facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure and well-maintained,
  • Ensuring business continuity by taking all measurements in Maslak Office,
  • Managing the written communication with governmental bodies and following-up of the process,
  • Adapting to intense and flexible working dynamics within the organization,
  • Ensuring that Maslak Facility meets the standards committed in the service contract and managing budget, allowances and controlling processes,
  • Controlling the facility services (cleaning, security and transportation) and supporting the organization on solving problems,
  • Defining the materials to be purchased, order management and follow up,
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelors Degree,
  • 6+ years of experience in facility management,
  • Good knowladge of excel, g-sheet usage and experienced on formulas, pivot tables etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Interpersonal relationship-building and negotiation skills,
  • Vendor management experience including performance management,
  • The ability to draw information from different sources,
  • Good in English communication,
  • Driving license is required,
  • This position includes executive role.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
