We are looking for a Senior AI Content Manager.
Your main tasks will be:
Conduct thorough reviews of AI model dialogues with users, assessing clarity, relevance, and overall quality of responses;
Identify and document specific growth areas and necessary adjustments to enhance the model’s accuracy, tone, and contextual understanding;
Collaborate with the ML and development team to implement feedback and track improvements over time;
Ensure consistency in the model’s voice and adherence to established guidelines and brand tone;
Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing user interactions and improving the model’s ability to handle diverse scenarios;
Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and natural language processing to inform ongoing content strategies.
We expect from you:
Proficiency in English C1+;
Proficiency in Russian C1+;
Experience in content review, editing, or quality assurance, preferably in digital or AI-related fields;
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills;
Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback that contributes to product improvement;
Familiarity with AI or conversational models is a plus.
