Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

• Create compelling taglines, captions, and copy for digital and social media platforms.
  

• Campaign Strategy:
  

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute ad campaigns.
  

• Ensure content aligns with the brand tone, culture, and values of the Bhojpuri-speaking audience.
  

• Scripting:
  

• Write high-quality scripts for Bhojpuri shows, folk song programs, and celebrity campaigns.
  

• Adapt and localize content to resonate emotionally with the target audience.
  

• Editing & Proofreading:
  

• Ensure all content is accurate, culturally appropriate, and free of errors in Bhojpuri language and grammar.

Requirements
