Digital Merchandising Specialist

This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in Austin, TX and hybrid onsite 3 days a week.

The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops, and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for online customers across digital platforms. As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you will contribute to new product introductions, merchandising planning and optimizations, and reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Support new product introductions by creating and updating merchandising plans and content management systems.
• Validate merchandising content within staging and production environments worldwide.
• Open tickets to document issues, collaborate with teams to resolve them, and revalidate environments.
• Provide reporting and data analysis to support post-launch recaps and merchandising optimization.
• Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital on-site marketing or digital merchandising.
• Outstanding teamwork skills with an ability to collaborate closely and align with teams.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings through storytelling.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or the tech industry.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, creativity, and resourcefulness.
• Strong project management skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred; MBA a plus.
