Content Manager - Sales Capability

Key Responsibilities
•Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience.
•Create, edit, proofread, and publish a variety of content, including videos, and other multimedia materials.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to generate content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
•Manage and update the company's LMS, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for end user
•Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
•Cultivate relationships with external content creators, freelancers, and influencers to expand our content reach and impact.

Qualifications (3 to 5 years of experience, content courses will be a plus, Exposure to content
tools)
•Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role in content creation and management.
•Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, LMS, and byte sized content.
•Ability to storyboard and outline content as per multiple user requirements
•Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
•Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
•Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality content.
