岗位职责
1. 作者生态建设：负责UGC玩法作者的招募、培养和运营，建立并维护优质作者社群，制定并执行作者成长体系，提升作者活跃度和内容产出；
2. 用户需求洞察：深入理解平台用户需求和内容生态，通过数据分析、用户调研等方式收集用户痛点，并将其转化为UGC玩法优化和创作者活动策划的有效建议；
3. 创作者活动策划：策划并执行线上线下创作者活动，包括但不限于主题创作大赛、作者群组活动等，提升作者粘性和平台影响力。
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，1年以上互联网行业相关工作经验，有UGC内容运营、创作者运营、社群运营经验者优先；
2. 具备优秀的沟通能力和用户洞察力，能够与不同类型作者建立良好关系，并有效激励作者创作优质内容；
3. 热爱互联网行业，对UGC内容创作充满热情，具备良好的学习能力和创新能力；
4. 逻辑清晰，表达良好，抗压能力强，具有较好英语沟通能力者优先。
