This role requires the ability to write clear and concise documentation to facilitate communication with colleagues outside of the planning function. Collaboration with other functional teams is crucial to implement designs in the game version and iterate based on test feedback. Strong communication and cooperation skills are essential, as is the ability to actively accept feedback, proactively promote cooperation, and be responsible for the work. The planner should have 3+ years of experience in combat planning.
