Job Responsibilities
1. 根据游戏不同阶段营销目标和需求，制定并执行完备的海外/国内UA投放策略和方案，确保投放效果并持续优化；
2. 以AI和大模型技术驱动业务发展和提效，跟进相关工具技术发展及其带来的能力和应用方式，并在如产品设计、用户获取、素材分析、品效结合等场景中找到结合点；
3. 针对发行过程中的目标问题推动内外跨部门协作，拉起多方资源进行拆解分析并产出解决方案；
岗位要求
2. 具备较强的AI技术理解和前沿探索能力，有深度的AI工具的使用习惯为佳，过去有人工智能相关的实习/工作经验算加分项；
3. 具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力，针对具体的应用场景，能合理构想有落地可能性的技术解决方案；
4. 对市面上的主机/PC/手游主流产品有一定深度和广度的体验理解；
5. 英语水平优秀，有全英沟通能力，第三语言算加分项。
