The Analyst will be responsible for carrying out specific operational tasks for delivery and recovery, supporting daily operations and changes in the Group's operational infrastructure service. The role includes defining and implementing tasks for operations support, change, or recovery, ensuring compliance with incident management processes, and providing technical expertise and support. The Analyst will handle major incidents, provide input into problem management, ensure client communication during incidents, and interact with other teams for technical interactions related to service or function. Continuous improvement and adherence to ITSM processes are essential. The company emphasizes integrity, partnership, excellence, and change.

Job Details

The Analyst will be accountable for the execution of specific operational tasks for delivery and recovery, supporting day to day operations and changes in the Group’s operational infrastructure service.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Defines and implement tasks and plan in scope for operations support, change or recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with the Incident management processes and provide effective incident management and timely resolution of the incident
  • Deliver a high level of technical expertise and support and ensure compliance to all technical/data protection policies.
  • Handle major incidents agreed as per severity level ensuring the smooth transition from Incident to Problem Management
  • Provide input into the problem management process and own actions as a result of the process
  • Ensure timely and accurate client communications during an incident. - Identify & pursue opportunities for continuous progress
  • Follows ITSM processes and overall execution framework to maintain SLA and SLO
  • Chips into technical exchanges with internal team members and product owners during incident or solution definition
  • Interacts with other teams and their domain guides to handle technical interactions related to service or function.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT related field
  • Some Experience of Operation support and delivery following ITSM processes.
  • Shown expertise in relevant operation technology - ITIL certification is desirable
