Job Description

As an Application Engineer, Integration Connectors, you will lead all aspects of web development, from requirements gathering and software development to testing, documentation, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team, utilizing UI and functional specifications/prototypes. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap for Application Integrations and Connectors, providing technical expertise during critical incidents, driving the adoption of best practices, diving into backend systems to fulfill requirements, generating test data, creating tailored solutions, and building new connectors to integrate with external systems. This role requires extensive experience with Java, CRM/HCM systems, and cloud technologies. The position demands strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders and clients.

Must have:

8+ years Java experience
CRM/HCM system experience
Cloud, application engineering, system integration expertise
Data Structures knowledge
Strong communication skills

Good to have:

Experience with 2+ enterprise system areas (CRM, support apps, HCM, marketing, project management, ERP)
Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, SuccessFactors

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience working with Java.
Experience with CRM Systems, HCM System, Incident Management, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, Success Factors, Java, Data Structures, ERP Systems, Enterprise Applications.
Experience with Cloud, application engineering, and system integration.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with enterprise systems in 2 or more areas such as CRM/Sales Apps, Customer Support Apps, HCM/HR Apps, Marketing Apps, Project Management Apps, or ERPs.
Experience in one or more software development programming language.
Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to communicate with local stakeholders in this customer-facing sales role and to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally to define the direction and roadmap for the Application Integrations and Connectors product.
Provide technical expertise during critical incidents and problem-solving efforts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the performance and security of the platform.
Dive into backend systems to determine how they can fulfill specific requirements. Generate test data to validate solutions.
Create specialized solutions tailored to each back end system or in the platform triggers. Build new connectors to integrate with external systems when necessary.
