Job Description

The Artist Management Coordinator at Warner Bros. Animation supports the execution of talent programs, events, studio onboarding, and school outreach. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external events (panels, presentations, expos, conventions), managing school relations, and talent outreach. This role requires heavy scheduling, logistical expertise, and exceptional follow-through. The Coordinator acts as a central point of communication, assists with school outreach efforts (including portfolio reviews and school visits), supports artist job postings and social media, and serves as a studio ambassador during outreach events. Additional responsibilities include supporting onboarding of new hires, programming for animation interns, assisting with company newsletters, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Your New Role...

Animation Studio Artist Management Coordinator will support the execution of our next generation programs, events, studio onboarding, and school outreach efforts. The Coordinator will support the vision of the Artist Management team through the execution, facilitation and administration of key talent programs focused on how we engage with, develop, and inspire interested and incoming Animation talent.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Collaborate with and support the Artist Management Team through coordination of programmed internal & external events (panels, presentations, expos & conventions), school relations, and talent outreach.

  • Heavy scheduling and a focus on logistic details with exceptional follow-through. Act as central point of communication and connectivity for the Artist Management VP and the overall team calendar. 

  • Assisting with and coordinating school outreach efforts with high school students, college students and educators - including outreach events, informational presentations, portfolio reviews and school visits.

  • Support Artist Job Postings/format for social media, with knowledge of Photoshop, and manage application inbox for show reviews.

  • Act as a studio ambassador during outreach events, and always being on the lookout for rising or returning animation talent. Providing informational chats with artists interested in our studios.

  • Support onboarding by welcoming new hires with welcome kits and keeping positive and supportive communication with artists throughout their time at the studio.

  • Assist in the programming for Animation Intern specific events, as well as providing portfolio reviews and intern informational conversations. 

  • Support Artist Management and Outreach initiatives throughout the year.

  • Assist in company monthly newsletter assignments and weekly talent retention email blast recommendations.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience...

Work Experience

  • 1-3 Years in Animation Talent Development, production, or related department 

  • Experience coordinating events and complex projects

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred

Knowledge/Skills

  • The ideal candidate for this position is mature, intelligent, responsible, creative, innovative, high energy self-starter with Animation, film or other creative environment background

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Photoshop, Keynote/PowerPoint, Zoom, and social media platforms.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year.
