We help build bridges between digital and analog mediums, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics, and driving the total experience by engaging the customer, product, partner, and employee experiences.Job description:
● Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and developers to understand user requirements and business objectives for data visualization projects in the wealth management domain.
● Design engaging and effective data visualization solutions, including dashboards, reports, and interactive charts, that distill complex financial data into actionable insights for clients.
● Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions, iterating on solutions based on user insights and feedback.
● Work closely with data teams to understand data sources, data structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform the design of meaningful visualizations.
● Ensure consistency and coherence across all data visualization assets, following established design patterns, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
● Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data visualization, user experience design, and the wealth management industry, and apply learnings to enhance design solutions.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize design initiatives, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality design deliverables within deadlines.
Preferred candidate profile:
● Bachelor's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Visualization, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on data visualization, preferably in the wealth management or financial services sector.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, the Adobe suite, as well as knowledge of Prototyping and wireframing.
● Strong understanding of data visualization principles, including storytelling, visual and interactive design techniques.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for creating impactful and user-centered design solutions in the wealth management space
