The Diablo IV team is seeking a talented individual specializing in cross discipline content ownership. As an Associate Producer, you will bring a critical element to the development process by coordinating with individuals of all disciplines, fostering effective and open communication across the teams, and directing features from inception through release. This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Albany, NY.


Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and provide support to your team, always contributing to a positive work environment
  • Guide the completion of project goals and facilitate communication, organization, and process improvement across all departments
  • Own the day-to-day tasking and scheduling for your team or feature
  • Effectively communicate with developers of all disciplines
  • Identify roadblocks, project risks and be involved in finding solutions
  • Collaborate with team leadership and other producers to keep teams moving forward with a shared vision
  • Help make informed decisions in conjunction with team leads on work methods, development pipelines, priorities, and available people
  • Facilitate team and department meetings to reach decisions effectively


Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of game production experience
  • Familiar with game development processes and pipelines
  • Able to work with team leads and Senior Producers to align priorities
  • Experience tracking a complex project and providing support to clear blocking issues
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • The ability to remove ambiguities in both communication and planning by refining them with more detail

Pluses:

  • Proficient with Jira and Confluence
  • Passion for game development
  • Experience with triple A games development

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $24.04 - $44.47 HourlyText Constant . These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
