Job Description

The Specialist of Operation and Service in Autos will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves processing policy issuance with complete and correct documentation, managing post-sales activities, providing information to clients regarding inquiries, handling endorsements, and cancellations, and communicating with insurance companies. The specialist will work with internal areas, follow up on collections, and assist customer service executives. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days a week in the office.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of insurance experience with expertise in auto policies
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • Intermediate Excel skills (data crossing and pivot tables)
  • Basic to intermediate English (a plus)
  • Ability to handle software for data entry and ticket tracking
  • Schedule flexibility to serve clients

ESPECIALISTA DE OPERACIÓN Y SERVICIO EN AUTOS

Estamos buscando una persona con talento para unirse a nuestro equipo en el área de Operaciones en Marsh McLennan. Para nuestras oficinas de Ciudad de México.

Se trata de un puesto híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.

El Especialista de Operación y Servicio en Autos será responsable de proporcionar y brindar un excelente servicio al cliente, manteniendo relaciones sólidas con los clientes.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Procesar la emisión de pólizas, asegurando que toda la documentación esté completa y correcta, incluyendo la información de cada vehículo.
  • Recibir y gestionar la post venta de pólizas, así como el mantenimiento de la cuenta asignada de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Proporcionar información que el cliente requiera sobre las altas, bajas y/o aclaraciones solicitadas.
  • Atención a aseguradoras, comunicación con las áreas internas, seguimiento a cobranza y a ejecutivos de atención al cliente.
  • Recibir y gestionar el proceso de endosos, cancelaciones de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Licenciatura concluida económico administrativa, actuaria, informática administrativa o afín.
  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en industria de seguros – con expertisse en pólizas de autos.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación tanto escrita como hablada.
  • Actitud de servicio al cliente
  • Excel intermedio (Cruce de datos y tablas dinámicas)
  • Inglés básico - intermedio es un plus
  • Habilidad para manejar software para ingreso de información y seguimiento de tickets.
  • Flexibilidad de horario para atender clientes.
