Job Description

The Senior Commercial Executive for Auto Insurance will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in the area of heavy equipment and pick-up truck insurance, maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role includes advising clients on general issues related to heavy and pick-up truck fleets, responding to requests for quotes, addressing claims complications, and handling additional requests. The executive will also manage the assigned client portfolio, follow up on the entire claims cycle, and contribute to the sale/promotion of products and branches in heavy and pick-up truck insurance. They will analyze, monitor, and supervise the activities carried out by the operations team and conduct client visits.
Must have:
  • Completed degree in economics-administrative, actuarial science, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in heavy and pick-up truck policies.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis and pivot tables).
Good to have:
  • Intermediate English skills.
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills.

Estamos buscando una persona con talento para unirse a nuestro equipo en el área de Operaciones en Marsh McLennan. Para nuestras oficinas de Guadalajara.

El Ejecutivo Sr. comercial seguro de Autos será responsable de proporcionar brindar un excelente servicio al cliente en el ramo de seguros de equipo pesado, pick up y manteniendo relaciones sólidas con los clientes.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Tener conocimiento de coberturas en autos, funcionamiento deseable de equipo pesado y pick up
  • Dar seguimiento a todo el proceso de vida y flotilla de autos
  • Dar asesoría a los clientes en temas generales en flotilla de autos pesados y pick up
  • Dar respuestas a requerimientos de cotizaciones, complicaciones de siniestros y solicitudes adicionales
  • Dar atención a la cartera asignada de clientes asignada
  • Atención y seguimiento a todo el ciclo de siniestros y a aseguradoras y áreas involucradas
  • Analizar, dar seguimiento y supervisión en las actividades realizadas por parte del equipo de operaciones
  • Contribuir a la venta/promoción de los productos y ramos en seguros pesados y pick up
  • Llevar a cabo las visitas con clientes

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Licenciatura concluida económico-administrativa, actuaria, informática administrativa o afín.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en industria de seguros – con expertisse en pólizas de autos pesados y pick up
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación tanto escrita como hablada.
  • Actitud de servicio al cliente
  • Excel intermedio (Cruce de datos y tablas dinámicas) plus power BI
  • Inglés básico - intermedio es un plus
  • Power point - intermedio
  • Habilidad para manejar software para ingreso de información y seguimiento de tickets.
