AVP, Enterprise Systems

Our client is a leading global vacation ownership company committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to enhance the customer journey.

We are seeking an experienced AVP, Enterprise Systems to lead the strategic development and execution of enterprise technology solutions across key functions like Finance, HR, and Legal. This leadership role will define the roadmap for enterprise systems, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive innovation. The AVP will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, manage dependencies, and deliver impactful technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS) aligned with business goals.

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable IT solutions.

• Ensure systems meet security, performance, and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and drive successful delivery.

• Oversee vendor relationships and system lifecycle management.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in enterprise systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years in enterprise systems, with expertise in ERP and HRIS solutions.

• Proven leadership in system architecture, lifecycle management, and cross-functional team management.

• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

This role is hybrid in Orlando, FL.
