Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled BIM 4D/5D and Digital Twin Specialist with 5-8 years of hands-on experience. This role involves performing advanced BIM methodologies, executing 4D/5D simulations, and implementing Digital Twin technologies to optimize project delivery and lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis, integrating BIM models with schedules and cost data, and utilizing real-time data for predictive maintenance and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work on the implementation of BIM 4D/5D methodologies across projects to enhance scheduling and cost management.

. Collaborate with teams to prepare offers for new projects and perform POC for  demostration requirements 

· Collaborate with project teams to integrate 4D/5D simulations into BIM models for accurate visualization and sequencing of construction activities.

· Utilize Digital Twin technologies to create virtual representations of built assets, facilitating real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.

· Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to optimize construction schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimation.

· Provide technical expertise in BIM standards, workflows and best practices related to 4D/5D simulations and Digital Twins.

· Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to align project goals and deliverables with BIM and Digital Twin requirements.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BIM technologies, 4D/5D simulations, and Digital Twins.

Advanced Technical Skills:

· 4D Scheduling: Integrating time-related information with 3D models to simulate construction processes.

· 5D Cost Estimation: Linking 3D models and 4D schedules with cost data to manage project budgets.

· Clash Detection and Resolution: Identifying and resolving clashes in the design phase.

· Strong project management skills to oversee BIM implementation and workflow.

· Using Autodesk Revit to facilitate 4D/5D construction sequences.

· Automating repetitive tasks in 4D/5D BIM workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

· Create and maintain federated models for the project.

· Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.

· Clean up and synchronize models/drawings on a daily basis to the cloud collaboration platform.

· Managing CAD/BIM deliverables for multiple projects to completion within budget & schedule.

· Preparation of 2D CAD / Revit drawings and 3D Models as per client requirement.

· Liaison with lead business and other team members for preparation of design models / drawings.

· Proficient in Naviswork/synchro pro and Bexel Manager.

· Experience of using a variety of modelling packages and their interoperation

· Perform Digital related task using Iot Sensons and project lifecycle tools.

· Perform with real-time data integration from IoT sensors using platforms like Bentley Systems and Navisworks.

 Software Proficiency:

· Autodesk Revit: For 3D modeling, documentation, and design.

· Navisworks: For 4D construction simulation and project review.

· Synchro: For 4D scheduling and construction project management.

· Bentley Systems: For infrastructure and construction projects.

· Civil-3D

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

· 5-8 years of experience in BIM implementation with a focus on 4D/5D simulations and Digital Twins.

· Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Synchro) and Digital Twin platforms.

· Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling and cost management.

· Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

· Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
