KRAFTON is seeking a Brand Management Lead for Publishing Division 3 to manage the publishing of new games from their Western studios. The role involves developing brand strategies, including vision, mission, key messages, and positioning. Responsibilities include creating and managing brand guidelines (Tone & Manner, Visual Identity), planning creative and content direction, and executing marketing campaigns through collaboration with internal teams and development studios. The lead will also be responsible for operating the Brand Management organization. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience as a brand manager, with a proven track record in brand strategy development and guideline creation. They should be capable of planning and executing impactful, large-scale marketing campaigns, possess excellent creative and content sense, and be proficient in business-level English.
