Job Description

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at gTech, you'll empower Ads teams to make data-driven decisions. You'll design intuitive dashboards, maintain robust data pipelines, and develop tools for automating analyses and insights. Responsibilities include designing dashboards and reports, building and maintaining data pipelines, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and demonstrating technical leadership. You'll ensure efficient access to metrics, driving impactful business decisions by leveraging internal data systems. The role involves collaborating with teams, prioritizing projects, and delivering impactful data products.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in BI or Data Analytics
SQL, Data Visualization (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Data warehousing and ETL experience
Python or similar scripting languages

Good to have:

Translating business needs into technical requirements
Deploying data products and driving user adoption
Customer service experience
BRD/PRD/Design Doc experience
Communicating to executive stakeholders
Managing multiple projects concurrently

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
2 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
2 years of experience with data warehousing and building data pipelines (e.g. ETL).
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience translating ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements for impactful data products.
Experience deploying data products, collaborating across teams, and driving user adoption through targeted communication.
Experience in business or Customer Service, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
Experience in developing BRDs/PRDs/Design Docs, code reviews, etc.
Experience communicating technical solutions and analysis to executive stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
