The Business Interlock Associate Manager will focus on improving workforce performance and productivity by implementing Talent Development processes. This role involves delivering training materials between instructors and learners, which includes responsibilities such as conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and managing daily training operations. The individual will be responsible for new hire management, floor coaching governance, reviewing team performance, and driving towards business goals. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish strong client relationships and perform under pressure. The selected candidate will be the site lead for one of the NGCO accounts. This role involves analyzing and solving moderately complex problems while creating new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods. The individual will require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments, and decisions will impact the team. The individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts either at a client or within Accenture.
