Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves contributing to the strategic direction of Smilegate Group. Responsibilities include market research, particularly in the Chinese market, to gain strategic insights. The position requires supporting management decisions to maximize the performance of core IP. The successful candidate will identify strategic issues from unique perspectives, propose solutions, and contribute to report writing through data gathering and processing. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Chinese are essential.
Must have:
- Game market research (especially China)
- Support executive decision-making
- Identify strategic issues & solutions
- Data analysis & report writing
- Chinese language proficiency
Good to have:
- Experience in strategy consulting or securities research

- 게임 시장 (특히 중국 시장) 리서치 및 분석을 통한 전략적 인사이트 발굴
- 그룹 핵심 IP의 성과 극대화를 위한 경영진 의사결정 지원
- 색다른 시각에서의 전략적 이슈 발굴 및 대안 제시
자격요건
- 중국어 가능자
- 목표지향적인 업무 태도
- 게임 컨텐츠에 대한 이해와 열정

- 가설 도출 및 리서치/데이터 기반의 가설 검증 역량
- 문제 해결을 위한 분석적 사고 역량
- 빅픽쳐 관점의 이슈 정의 및 접근 역량

우대사항
- 전략 컨설팅펌 경험 또는 증권사 리서치 애널리스트 경험
