Job Description

This Collection Operations role at Paytm involves vendor and agent onboarding, regular audits of collection vendors, coordination with internal and external auditors, and reviewing customer complaints related to collections. Responsibilities include managing relationships with collection vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, along with knowledge of RBI regulations and advanced Excel techniques.

Must have:

MBA Finance from a reputed institution
Vendor & Agent Onboarding
Regular Audits of Collection Vendors
Review Collection Related Customer Complaints
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of RBI Regulations
Advanced Excel & Data Visualization Skills

Co-ordination with Internal and External Auditors.

Customer Service

Review of Collection Related Customer Complaints.

Required Qualifications:

MBA finance from reputed institution.
