Team, about the role

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to join us as Communications Director. In this role, you will oversee internal and external communications, actively develop and strengthen the company's Employer Brand, create and implement strategic philanthropic projects.

Tasks

  • Managing external communications, including Employer Brand development through social media, corporate blogs, websites, and other channels
  • Creating and implementing philanthropic projects in Ukraine and other regions where the company operates

  • Optimizing existing processes and introducing new formats for internal and external interactions

  • Building relationships with journalists and other key stakeholders.

  • Analyzing employee feedback and implementing improvements based on data insights

  • Leading a team (currently three members, with potential for expansion) and driving complex strategic projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior positions in PR, branding, or project management in both external and internal communications

  • A strong understanding of brand management principles and corporate culture development

  • Strategic planning skills and the ability to execute complex projects

  • Leadership qualities with the capability to effectively manage a team (preferably five or more people)

  • Successful experience in international markets

  • Excellent command of both Russian and English (written and spoken)

  • Ability to create, edit, and adapt content across various formats
