As a Community Chat Ambassador, you will oversee and moderate interactions in the LATAM Community Chat. You will act as a conversation starter to promote a fun and positive environment for players while ensuring compliance with chat rules and promoting site promotions. Responsibilities include monitoring chat conversations, reminding members of community guidelines, encouraging player participation, resolving conflicts, providing assistance, analyzing chat activity, reporting issues, gathering player feedback, staying informed on trends, coordinating promotions, promoting marketing campaigns, and processing rewards.

As a Community Chat Ambassador, you will be responsible for overseeing and moderating interactions and dynamics within the LATAM Community Chat. Acts as a conversation starter to promote a fun, positive, and exciting environment for players. Also ensures compliance with chat rules and that site promotions are communicated clearly, in a friendly and timely manner. Finally, contributes to the creation of innovative ways to engage with customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor chat conversations to ensure community rules are respected, including regulating offensive behavior/language or rule violations.
  • Remind members of the community guidelines and ensure everyone understands and follows them.
  • Encourage players to actively and positively participate in discussions and activities by asking questions and sparking interesting conversations. 
  • Resolve conflicts between players impartially and constructively, seeking solutions that benefit the community environment. 
  • Provide assistance to members who have questions or need support, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Review and analyze chat activity to identify trends, problematic behavior, and areas for improvement.
  • Report recurring issues or serious situations to administrators/stakeholders for further attention.
  • Gather and share player feedback, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on community trends and best moderation practices.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and manage innovative promotions and events that boost engagement in the chat.
  • Effectively promote marketing campaigns and platform features.
  • Analyze and share communication suggestions with other team members for continuous improvement.
  • Accurately and promptly process rewards granted through Community Chat activities.
