Construction Site Manager

We at Gigafactory Berlin Design and Construction are looking for a Site Manager to join an energetic and vibrant environment. In this role, your main responsibility is to coordinate Contractors on site- Through your work, you will play a crucial role in helping clients and stakeholders.

· Manage subcontractors to help deliver the project on time and within budget in a daily basis and to provide the Construction Manager with reliable information from site activities (including 3 weeks look ahead schedule).

· Create SOW on workforce management and manage contractors to ensure access for all workers required.

· Manage contractors to submit WKRQ in time and form and lead the request with approvers.

· Supervise the project planning, site contractors, ensure works including all interior fixings and equipment are completed to a satisfactory standards for Qc and Cx and coordinate works supervision at every shift.

· Invoice checking to provide the Construction Manager reliable information for approvals.

· Support hand over site walks and lead punch list completion from blue tag to green tag to ensure a satisfactory delivery to the client.

· Work on multiple projects / areas at the same time.

· Provide solutions for any blocker that the contractors might face and keeping existing areas/systems protected.

· Own the material deliveries to Tesla and to contractors, own material storage in Tesla facilities (survey with materials storage constant update).

· Escalate topics to Construction Manager.
