Our Director's are deeply involved in the creative process and we're looking for a talented content creator to help bring both LMB and our Director's vision to life across social media.

Job Description: We are looking for more than just a Social Media Manager. We are wanting a talented Creator that understand brand building, storytelling and personal/business positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, including graphics, videos, reels, stories and more.
• Social Media Management: Manage daily posts, stories and overall content calendar.
• Brand Development: Work closely with LMB's Director to align content with their personal brand and the overarching vision of LMB Management.
• Trend Watching: Stay updated on social media trends, new features and emerging platforms to keep our social accounts at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages and build a strong, engaged community.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, graphic designer or social media manager.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility across various social media platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A passion for storytelling, branding and innovative marketing.
