This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator, someone eager to grow their career in a learning & development or sales enablement function. The role sits in our L&D Commercial team and will be critical to our sales teams’ experience of training programmes, upskilling and sales enablement.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Learning and Development Coordinator to support our L&D Commercial team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of our learning and development initiatives, aimed at enhancing the sales capabilities of our commercial teams and driving a customer success ethos among our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across the commercial function and organisation-side, primarily with our delivery and technical teams as well as engaging with the central L&D function.
