Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Creative Director to join our team and help lead our creative efforts in video production. As a Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our projects, working closely with clients and our in-house creative team to produce compelling video content that captivates and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the creative teams to align Creative Vision and Strategies.

Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and creative vision.

Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and inspiration.

Develop and present creative concepts and strategies for video projects.

Oversee and guide the production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for storytelling, visual style, and content.

Review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, and post-production edits.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to ensure our work remains cutting-edge.

Requirements
